Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 10, 2026 • Developed by NeonJava

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Spam Tracker ("the Bot") to your Discord server or utilizing its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Spam Tracker provides automated Discord moderation and anti-spam services, including:

  • Automated honeypot channel setup (#dont-text-or-msg-here).
  • Automatic 2-hour communication timeouts for offending accounts.
  • Recent message history cleanup (last 20 minutes) across accessible text channels.

3. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators utilizing Spam Tracker agree to:

  • Ensure the bot has necessary channel and moderation permissions to perform automated actions.
  • Maintain an administrative appeal process for legitimate members who trigger the honeypot by accident.
  • Not attempt to exploit, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the bot infrastructure.

4. Automated Actions Disclaimer

Spam Tracker operates based on strict automated rules. Sending a message in the designated honeypot channel triggers immediate timeouts and message deletions. The developer is not responsible for member timeouts or message deletions resulting from users failing to heed channel warning embeds.

5. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Spam Tracker is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we maintain high reliability and rate-limit awareness, the developer shall not be liable for any temporary outages, Discord API failures, or loss of server messages.

6. Termination & Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms or suspend bot access to any guild found violating Discord Developer Terms of Service or attempting malicious bot abuse.
